COVID-19 INFORMATION

These are special times when each of us can do our part to keep each other healthy. Our organization provides the necessary measures to make your evening completely safe and carefree. May we ask you to follow these simple guidelines, and together we will ensure that events like Under The Stars can continue to exist for a long time to come. If anyone in your party is feeling ill, we strongly request that you postpone your visit. Contact us for this to find a solution together.

Guidelines

  • All reservations are made in your personal name. We retain this data as part of Contact Tracing.
  • At the reception and at the sanitary facilities you will find disinfection gel to disinfect your hands. Better to have one too many than too few.
  • Also at Under The Stars, we expect our visitors to always wear the mouth mask when you are not seated at your table.

force majeure

If we are forced to cancel a session Under The Stars (due to a lockdown) we will contact you personally to find an appropriate solution. You can then reschedule your reservation for a later date or we can provide you with a voucher for your reservation that can be used within 2 years at a later date and location in your area.

TRANSPORTATION & LOCATIO?

AS FROM WHAT TIME AM I WELCOME?

We ask that you respect the time of your reservation as best you can. If you want to have a drink after your visit you can do so at our bar.

  • Silver Star: 17:00 – 19:30 & 20:30 – 23:00
  • Golden Star: 18:30 – 23:30
ARE SANITARY FACILITIES AVAILABLE?

Yes, there are adequate sanitation facilities at each location near the domes.

IS THERE PARKING?
Yes, there is parking at each location. You will receive detailed information about this by e-mail at the latest 24 hours before the start of your reservation.
IS THE DOME ACCESSIBLE WITH A WHEELCHAIR?

We will do our best to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or other accessibility needs. We do ask that you notify us no later than 5 days before the event by sending an email to reservations@underthestars.be. We are happy to think with you.

CAN YOU TAKE ALLERGIES INTO ACCOUNT?

Please mention any allergies in the comments when making your reservation. You may also notify us by email at reservations@underthestars.beno later than 7 days prior to the event. We will try to take this into account as much as possible but cannot guarantee that we can meet all requirements. We also cannot accommodate allergies reported on the day of the event itself.

DO YOU ALSO OFFER AN ENTIRELY VEGETARIAN MENU?

At Under The Stars, we offer a combination of meat, fish and vegetarian as standard. If you would like a vegetarian menu please mention this in the comments when making your reservation. You may also notify us by email at reservations@underthestars.beno later than 7 days prior to the event.

Please note: Unfortunately we cannot offer you a vegan alternative.

 

The domes

WHAT IF IT RAINS?
Applicable only to the outdoor editions of Under The Stars.
Our domes are, if necessary, fitted with a plastic tarp and thus waterproof. If it rains we advise you to bring an umbrella because you still have to walk a bit to your dome.
IS IT COLD OR HOT IN THE DOMES?
Applicable only to the outdoor editions of Under The Stars.
We do our best to keep the temperature in the domes as comfortable as possible. The temperature in the dome can be variable. Each dome is equipped with warm blankets and a stove. When necessary, we place a plastic tarp over the dome.
WHAT SHOULD I TAKE INTO ACCOUNT WHEN CHOOSING CLOTHES?
Keep in mind that the paths to the domes can be uneven. Therefore choose suitable shoes. Although there are blankets and a heater in the domes, we advise you to bring a jacket or blazer on the colder evenings.
FOR HOW LONG HAS MY DOME BEEN RESERVED?

The dome is at your disposal throughout the session. If you want to have a drink after your visit you can do so at our bar.

Is smoking or e-smoking allowed in the DOME?
We kindly ask you to smoke or e-smoke outside the dome. We will make the necessary arrangements for this.

Booking and payment

CAN I GET AN INVOICE?

Yes, it is possible to get an invoice. Reserve your dome as normal through our reservation system. After your visit, please email reservations@underthestars.be with the information below:

  • Contact
  • VAT number
  • Confirmation email of reservation

We will send you the invoice by email. If you would also like an invoice for the beverage, don’t forget to include a photo of the receipt.

CAN I TRANSFER MY RESERVATION?
Yes, it is possible to transfer your reservation to another person up to 5 days before the event. Please send an email with the request to reservations@underthestars.be.
CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
We like to think along with you. Up to 14 days before the event we will, if possible, move your reservation to another date free of charge. If this is not an option, you can still cancel your reservation up to 14 days before the event. In view of the exclusivity of the event, it is no longer possible to move or cancel your reservation after this date. From then on it will no longer be possible to ask for a refund.
CAN I CHANGE THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE ONCE I HAVE RESERVED MY DOME?
Yes, changes regarding the number of people can be communicated to us up to 5 days before the event by sending an email to reservations@underthestars.be. Please note that the group must consist of a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 people (or 2 for a Lovers Connect dome).
CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION FOR LESS THAN 4 PEOPLE?

It is only possible to make reservations for a minimum of 4 people. If you want to come with two people, make a reservation for our special Lovers Connect dome.

OTHER

WHAT HAPPENS IN BAD WEATHER?

If we cannot guarantee quality and safety, we reserve the right to unilaterally move the event to another date or cancel. You will be notified by email or phone in a timely manner. Also, always keep an eye on our website for the most current news.

ARE BABIES AND CHILDREN WELCOME?

A Bunch of Brunch & a Lot of Lunch:

Our extensive selection has something for everyone. Kids can also eat their way around here. However, we do not offer a special children’s menu. However, we do ask that you respect the peace and quiet of other guests at all times.

Silver Star & Golden Star:

We love children, but on this occasion we want you to enjoy a night of “adults only” and everyone over 16 is welcome.

SHOULD I PRINT OUT MY TICKET AND TAKE IT WITH ME?

No, this is not necessary. Upon arrival, we ask that you provide the name of the main person who made the reservation.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Although we love animals, we ask you to leave your pet at home during the event.
CAN THE DOMES ALSO BE RESERVED OR RENTED FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES?
