INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19

These are special times in which each of us can do our part to keep each other healthy. Our organisation provides the necessary measures to make your evening completely safe and carefree. If we ask you to follow the simple guidelines, together we will ensure that events such as Under The Stars can continue for a long time to come. If someone in your party feels sick, we strongly ask you to postpone your visit. Contact us to find a solution together.

GUIDELINES

  • All reservations are made in your personal name. We store this information within the framework of Contact Tracing.
  • You will find disinfection gel to disinfect your hands at the reception and at the sanitary facilities. Better once too much than too little.
  • At Under The Stars we also expect our visitors to wear a mouth mask whenever you are not seated at your table.

IN CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE

If we are forced to cancel a session Under The Stars (due to a lockdown) we will contact you personally to find a suitable solution. You can then move your reservation to a later date or we will provide a refund.

TRANSPORT & LOCATION

AS FROM WHAT TIME AM I WELCOME?

We ask you to respect the time of your reservation as much as possible. For the Brunch this is 10:30 AM, for the Moonlight session this is:
– Friday: 7:30 PM
– Saturday: 06:30 PM
– Sunday: 06:00 PM

ARE SANITARY FACILITIES AVAILABLE?
Yes, we will provide sufficient sanitary facilities in the area of the domes at each location.
IS THERE PARKING?
Yes, there are parking facilities at every one of our locations. You will receive detailled information via email, at least 24 hours before your reservation.
IS THE DOME ACCESSIBLE WITH A WHEELCHAIR?

We will do our best to accommodate guests with a wheelchair or other accessibility needs. However, we do ask you to notify us at least 5 days before the event by sending an email to reservations@underthestars.be. We like to think along with you.

FOOD AND DRINKS

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE TICKET PRICE?

Moonlight sessions:
Included in the Souls Connect dome:
– 8-course dinner (meat, fish & vegetarian). If only fish or vegetarian, please let us know at least 5 days before your reservation.
– glass of champagne on arrival
– one bottle of flat water and one bottle of sparkling water
Excluding wine, beer and soft drinks.

Included with the Lovers Connect dome:
– 8-course dinner (meat, fish & vegetarian). If only fish or vegetarian, please let us know at least 5 days before your reservation.
– glass of champagne on arrival
– waters and soft drinks in the evening
– adapted wines
– digestive or coffee

A Bunch of Brunch Sessies
Included in the Souls Connect dome:
– an extensive Brunch buffet at your own table with a variety of delicious hot and cold dishes.
– 1 bottle of Torello Corpinnat per table
– one bottle of orange juice, one bottle of apple juice, one bottle of flat water, one bottle of sparkling water and coffee
Excluding wines, beer and soft drinks.

There are no Lovers Connect domes available for the Brunches.

CAN YOU TAKE ALLERGIES INTO ACCOUNT?
Yes, we can. Please send an email with your specific dietary requirements no later than 5 days before the event to reservations@underthestars.be.
DO YOU ALSO OFFER AN ENTIRELY VEGETARIAN MENU?
Yes, if you are a vegetarian, please let us know at least 5 days before the event by sending an email to reservations@underthestars.be.

THE DOMES

WHAT IF IT RAINS?
Only applicable for the outdoor editions of Under The Stars.
If necessary, our domes are equipped with a plastic cover and therefore watertight. If it rains we advise you to bring an umbrella because you still have to walk a bit to your dome.
IS IT COLD OR HOT IN THE DOMES?
Only applicable for the outdoor editions of Under The Stars.
We do our best to keep the temperature in the domes as comfortable as possible. The temperature in the dome can vary. Each dome is equipped with warm blankets and a heater. If necessary, we place a plastic cover over the dome.
WHAT SHOULD I TAKE INTO ACCOUNT WHEN CHOOSING CLOTHES?
Keep in mind that the paths to the domes can be uneven. Therefore choose suitable shoes. Although there are blankets and a heater in the domes, we advise you to bring a jacket or blazer on the colder evenings.
FOR HOW LONG HAS MY DOME BEEN RESERVED?
During the Moonlight session, the dome is at your disposal until 11:30 pm. During the Bunch of Brunch session until 1:30 pm.
Is smoking or e-smoking allowed in the DOME?
We kindly ask you to smoke or e-smoke outside the dome. We will make the necessary arrangements for this.

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

CAN I GET AN INVOICE?
Yes, it is possible to get an invoice. Book your dome as usual via our reservation system. Then send your details to reservations@underthestars.be and we will send you the invoice by email.
CAN I TRANSFER MY RESERVATION?
Yes, it is possible to transfer your reservation to another person up to 5 days before the event. Please send an email with the request to reservations@underthestars.be.
CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
We like to think along with you. Up to 14 days before the event we will, if possible, move your reservation to another date free of charge. If this is not an option, you can still cancel your reservation up to 14 days before the event. In view of the exclusivity of the event, it is no longer possible to move or cancel your reservation after this date. From then on it will no longer be possible to ask for a refund.
CAN I CHANGE THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE ONCE I HAVE RESERVED MY DOME?
Yes, changes regarding the number of people can be communicated to us up to 5 days before the event by sending an email to reservations@underthestars.be. Please note that the group must consist of a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 people (or 2 for a Lovers Connect dome).
CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION FOR LESS THAN 4 PEOPLE?
It is only possible to make reservations for a minimum of 4 people. If you want to come with two people, make a reservation for our special Lovers Connect dome.

OTHER

WHAT HAPPENS IN BAD WEATHER?

If we are unable to guarantee quality and safety, we reserve the right to unilaterally move the event to another date or cancel it. You will be informed on time by email or telephone. Always keep an eye on our website for the latest news.

ARE BABIES AND CHILDREN WELCOME?

Moonlight Sessions
We are crazy about children, but for this occasion we would like you to enjoy an evening of “adults only” and everyone from the age of 16 is welcome.

A Bunch or Brunch Sessions
Our extensive brunch has something for everyone. Children will also enjoy all the goodies on the table. We do ask you to respect the peace and quiet of other guests at all times.

SHOULD I PRINT OUT MY TICKET AND TAKE IT WITH ME?
No, this is not necessary. Upon arrival we ask you to give the name of the main person who made the reservation.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Although we love animals, we ask you to leave your pet at home during the event.
CAN THE DOMES ALSO BE RESERVED OR RENTED FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES?
Yes, it is possible to reserve or rent the domes for B2B events. For more information we ask you to mail to hello@underthestars.be.
