A relatively young family estate, founded in 1979 by Jean-Michel Gremillet. The estate now has 48 hectares for an average production of 500,000 bottles per year. Just 50 meters from their cellar, you can admire the “Clos Rocher”: a 2 hectare plot of pinot noir surrounded by low walls and wrought iron with an ideal south/southeast exposure. It is one of the rare “closes” in Champagne and at this heavenly place you can dine “Under The Stars” this summer.
Gremillet champagne is selected each year by more than 50 French embassies and consulates around the world. The house pays tribute to this historic clientele through its Arboretum: a unique place where you will find 82 conifers of different origins, one for each country where Gremillet Champagne is drunk.
